Have your say

Have your say on the Local Offer and local services

Are you happy with our local offer? How could we improve it? Are we missing some important information? It is really important that you let us know what you think of our local offer.

Short Breaks

We would like your views about how we can enhance our short breaks offer. Short breaks can include community based activities alongside 1 to 1 and group activities.

We would like to hear from you what you think this offer should look like, what activities you and your children would like, and how the offer could benefit you and your family.

Share your views by responding to this short survey: Short Breaks Provision | QuestionPro Survey

The survey closes on Monday 22 April.

If you have any questions about this or need assistance completing the survey or an alternative format please contact sen@nelincs.gov.uk.

Do you want local activities for your child to be more inclusive?

Parents and carers have told us about how their childs’ needs can be a barrier to them enjoying the same activities as other children.

If we can give activity providers better information about what you need they can adapt what they do to be more inclusive.

Please let us know more about your childs’ needs and how they can be supported.

Young Healthwatch

We regularly hear from adults and older people about their experiences with health and social care services but we want to ensure that young people have a voice too! This is why we have created “Young Healthwatch” to ensure young adults can approach us when they like and we can ensure their voices are heard by the people that are in charge.

How to give feedback or make a complaint about NHS Services

Most NHS care and treatment goes well but sometimes things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with your care or the service you have received, it is important to let us know so we can improve. Feedback both good and bad can help us to improve services. Give your feedback to the NHS.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

Search for your Patient advice and liaison services.
