COVID-19: Public transport update

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, please see the latest public transport updates. This is subject to change.

Stagecoach Grimsby Cleethorpes

Temporary changes to bus services across North East Lincolnshire are being introduced by Stagecoach East Midlands from Monday 23 March 2020 following Government advice around social contact and non-essential travel to help combat the coronavirus.

It follows extensive action to enhance cleaning regimes and protect the safety and wellbeing of passengers and bus workers.

A 7am to 7pm service will operate Monday to Saturday across the area, Sunday services are suspended. Bus services that serve Europarc Business Park will currently be maintained.

Timetable details will be live on Stagecoach’s website from Monday 23 March.

A reduced timetable will operate until further notice.

Phone ‘n’ Ride  

Phone ‘n’ Ride is currently continuing to operate as normal and is in regular contact with service provider, Stagecoach East Midlands. Updates are available at www.phonenride.com

Transpennine Express (TPE)

In line with discussions with the Government, TPE is in the process of developing an emergency timetable to take account of current and expected reductions in operational resources.
